Privacy, in short

We collect what you type in the form, plus a hashed IP address (for rate-limiting) and, for tickets only, your raw IP/browser info — kept solely in case an emergency welfare check is ever needed.
Email and Discord handle are optional individually, but you need to provide at least one so we can reply.
Only the site operator can read submissions, via an internal admin route protected by a separate access key — there is no public listing of ticket contents. Raw IP/browser info is additionally gated behind an admin-only Discord command.
Everything is stored in a self-hosted Postgres database. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers or analytics platforms.
Raw IP/browser info on tickets is cleared automatically after 90 days; ticket subject/status stay so replies keep working.

Please avoid including anything you don't need to — a name, health details, or other identifying information about yourself or someone else.
